Suggested Use
Take 1 packet daily. Increase as needed. Do not exceed 3 packets per day. Stir packet into 6 oz hot or cold milk, add to a smoothie or yogurt. Do not heat drink mix.

Ingredients
Cane sugar, sunflower oil, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, cocoa, whey powder, potassium phosphate, salt, carrageenan, guar gum, vanillin, soy lecithin, citric acid, dextrins, natural flavors, stevia leaf extract and silicon dioxide.
Contains milk and soy. Manufactured in a facility that processes eggs, nuts, and wheat.
Each packet contains a 10:1 concentrated Fenugreek blend (1,800 mg) plus Blessed Thistle and other herbs to help promote healthy milk supply.

Fenugreek should not be used during pregnancy. Some individuals may experience occasional loose stools. In rare occasions, individuals allergic to peanuts or other legumes may experience allergic/asthma symptoms.
