Recommended preparation
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Paleo preparation
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup nut-based milk or water
- 1/2 cup ghee or oil
Instructions
Heat oven to 325F. Grease or spray an 8×8″ or 9×9″ pan with oil or butter.
Whisk together eggs, milk/water, oil/butter/ghee, and mix in a large bowl until just combined, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
Optional: Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/4 cup chopped and cooked bacon, and/or 1/2 diced jalapeno to make your bread even more delicious!
Other ingredients
Blanched almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder (corn-free)(organic potato starch, cream of tartar, baking soda), sea salt.
