Organic Brown Coconut Sugar
(Formerly Blonde) Round and rich with hints of caramel, the warm molasses note in this silky, unrefined sugar easily replaces brown cane.
Suggested Use
Use our coconut sugar the same way you use regular sugar, it’s a perfect 1:1 ratio.
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl mix applesauce and sugar add eggs. Add bananas, and yogurt, mixing after each ingredient, mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Add sweet nibs. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for approx. 50 minutes.
