Suggested Use
Peel: With dry hands, tear open the packet and peel away the strip from the backing film.
Apply: Looking in a mirror, apply the strip to your teeth, applying the gel side down against your teeth, Line up the strip with the edge of the gum line and apply gentle pressure
to mold the strip securely to your teeth. Fold back the remaining portion of the strip behind your teeth to keep the strip in place.
Reveal: After 30-60minutes peel off strips and dispose proprely
